We’ve all met some lovely folk
Real sweet that you can tell
With Christian grace and softness
While every thing goes well
While you give it’s all OK
But the test will really be
When you accidentally trip or fail
What reaction you will see?
These reactions really show us
What’s hiding underneath
A dove with grace and love
Or a badger with sharp teeth
My prophet tells a story
Of a cat he gently patted
It purred and rubbed against him
And nothing really mattered
He carried on to tell us
About this little cat
That when it’s fur was ruffled
It hissed and snarled and spat
The Pentecostal pussy cat
You can’t afford to be
You have to have the Holy Ghost
So Jesus Christ we’ll see
