Though broken hearted I’ll praise the Lord
For He gives and takes away
Some things He gives for seasons
And some things are here to stay
Letting go can be so hard
When my heart is so attached
But when I can in faith
Angels are dispatched
God will send me comfort
Shine a light down in the dark
And by His presence influence
And with love He’ll fill my heart
Love that makes me trust Him
Love that reassures
Love that clearly sees Him
Through eyes that tears had blurred
